Our standard return policy allows unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise to be returned within 60 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will be refunded if we mistakenly sent the incorrect item or if the merchandise is defective. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
Returns and exchanges can be mailed to the address on the return form included with your order. Please complete the form when you return the item for refund or exchange. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days and the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited. Return packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept packages COD.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We provide an order confirmation number for every order entered and you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Additionally, you will receive another email to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we have charged your credit card.
We currently only collect sales tax for orders shipped to Illinois. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes.

We are happy to provide free shipping for any order size to addresses within the continental U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available. Please contact us directly for shipping rates for destinations outside of the United States. Taxes and duties may apply to international shipments.
Typically, ground orders should be received within 5 to 7 business days from the point in time in which the order is placed. Orders for Infinity and Touch jeans take longer to process because they are individually hand-painted according to each customer’s specifications. Those items may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process depending on the complexity of the customization requested.
Please note that orders can be shipped to one address only and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
